DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the Clinical Supervision II class is to train clinical supervisors, clinicians, and other service providers who already have acquired basic supervisory skills - and/or who have or will have a supervisory role - on how to observe and coach their supervisees in the proper application of these skills in diverse and integrated care environments. Where the focus in the Clinical Supervision I class was on the relationship between the client and the supervisee, the focus in the Clinical Supervision II training is on the relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee.
